These terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) apply to www.kmpskin.com include general terms and conditions for use of this site, terms and conditions relating to the services offered by KMP Skin LTD and terms and conditions relating to the sale and purchase of products on the site.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. For the purposes of these conditions “you” shall be the person accessing the website and “we” or “us” refers to KMP Skin LTD. Your use of the site and services and the purchase of any products on this site will be subject to these terms and conditions.
IN THE SALON
BOOKINGS
All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to take a deposit, or to ask for card details in advance to secure your booking, including consultations. A deposit amount will be taken at the time of booking. Please note that you may not see the same therapist at every visit. To ensure your continuity of care at KMP Skin, your therapist will be able to see your complete treatment and skincare history with us.
APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE
New clients are asked to kindly arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their appointment time, to give sufficient time to fill out a consultation form prior to their treatment. Repeat clients are asked to kindly arrive 5 minutes before their appointment, to give themselves sufficient time to check in with our reception team. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling of your appointment.
CONSULTATION
All new clients at KMP Skin are required to fill in a consultation form, including a medical history, before any treatment is undertaken. This enables KMP Skin to asses your suitability for treatment. It is important that you provide accurate medical information when asked. KMP Skin is not responsible or liable for any damage caused due to withheld information, or the failure to follow the instructions provided by our staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY
KMP Skin operates a 48 hour cancellation policy, and you will be sent an automatic reminder of any appointments booked 2 days before your appointment from our bookings system.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let us know no less than 48 hours before your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a full cost of the treatments booked if bookings are cancelled or unattended after this time.
AGE POLICY
We do accept treatments for clients under the age of 18, however under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to co sign and approve authority to provide a treatment.
Clients under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must stay with them at all times on the clinic premises.
REFUSAL OF TREATMENT
We reserve the right to refuse treatment at the clinics discretion. Inappropriate language or conduct during a treatment will result in the immediate termination of a service. KMP Skin LTD reserves the right to define inappropriate language or conduct.
TREATMENT COURSES
All treatment courses must be paid for in full in advance or at the time of the first treatment. Courses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Monies paid for treatment courses are non refundable. Balances may be transferred to other treatments for that client at the discretion of the salon owner.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Vouchers can be redeemed against treatments offered at KMP Skin, on courses of treatments at KMP Skin and products purchased at KMP Skin.
OFFERS AND PRICING
All treatments, products and offers in salon and online are subject to availability.
Promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
Prices can change in salon and online at any time. Whilst we will endeavour to let you know in advance, this cannot be guaranteed.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms and conditions will apply between you and KMP Skin LTD, when you purchase a product(s) (“product(s)”) from us.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please allow 10 days to pass before getting in touch about any missing orders given the pressure and delays that our postal system is currently experiencing.
KMP Skin will post orders via Royal Mail to mainland UK addresses and addresses in the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands / Shetland, Orkney & The Hebrides, and Northern Ireland.
UK orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday will be shipped within 2 working days for standard delivery. Please allow extra time for orders to shipped to
Shipping cost for Mainland UK is £6.00 via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded, or next working day delivery using DPD (if you order before midday).
We currently offer free UK delivery when you spend over £250.
International shipping cost varies depending on location, this is calculated at checkout. If you don’t see a rate for your shipping destination please email info@kmpskin.com and we’ll be happy to help.
All International orders will be shipped within 3 working days. Any taxes or duties incurred will be your responsibility.
Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost of postage to re-send any items where the address was entered incorrectly. If you realise that you’ve made an error in entering any of your details please email info@kmpskin.com and we will amend them for you providing your item hasn’t already been fulfilled. If your item comes back to us because of an incorrect address we will have to charge to resend it out to you.
RETURNS POLICY
Whilst we hope you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that there may be times when you want to return items.
You can return goods for any reason and at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing that you contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order and that the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition.
In order to arrange a return, please contact us using our contact form or email us on info@kmpskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
When returning any items we recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods if they are not faulty.
We will only issue a refund for any original postage cost if the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may take up to 3 working days to appear in the account used to purchase your products.
We can not be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
